Mared and Alys meet the Welsh Assembly Education Minister

The girls made a wonderful presentation to Jane Davidson the Education Minister for Wales at the launch of the RNIB Right to Read Campaign on Monday 6th November 2006 at the Thistle Hotel in Cardiff. Mared and Alys devised a piece of work from the research which they did at the RNIB Cymru's activities week and explained to everyone present how difficult it is for them not to receive their school books at the same time as everyone else. The Education Minister was very impressed and promised to do what she could to help.
